At Mudrex we want to make sure that all transactions you do are secure. As a result we send OTP where ever security is important.
Mudrex will always send you OTP both on your registered phone number and email id.
In some cases OTP deliver to either your phone number or email id will be delayed because of network congestion.
If you are not receiving OTP on your phone, we recommend switching to airplane mode once/rebooting your phone and then trying again.
You can always use the OTP you get on your email till then.
