Mudrex is an extremely secure exchange. To prevent theft/damages due to loss of phone, we do not store any tokens on your phone. Your tokens can only be accessed by logging to your Mudrex account.
Users compulsorily need to add a pin/fingerprint based login before logging in to their Mudrex account. As a result, even if your phone has been stolen, no one can acces your account without you pin or fingerprint.
To prevent a malicious actor from get access to your phone by retrying th pin multiple times, the Mudrex App allows for 3 retires and then blocks the user off for 10 mins before allowing a retry again. This enhances security further.
Once you get your new sim card, you can once again install the Mudrex App and login with your credentials.
