Mudrex is an honest exchange. We do our best to make sure that the platform is not used for any illegal activities such as money laundering, terrorist financing, etc. Hence we need to be able to make sure that all fund that come into our systems only come in through registered bank account.
Incase you transfer to our bank account from a account that is not registered with Mudrex then the amount will not be reflected in your INR wallet.
In case you have already made such a transfer, kindly send a pdf copy of you bank account statement to support@mudrex.com from your registered email id. We will then verify that the bank account belongs to you and process the deposit. In case we are unable to verify that the bank account belongs to you, we will refund the transaction.
In either case a refund processing fee of Rs 500 would be applicable.
