Information
Account numbers and important personal information is stored using bank level AES-256 encryption on our servers. In addition, all API traffic is secured and goes through SSL and uses TLS 1.2 to prevent third parties from eavesdropping on your connection. Employee access is heavily restricted and we require background checks on all employees. User accounts can only be accessed by users post inputting their credentials and being verified.
INR Funds
All money deposited with Mudrex is stored in bank account and balances are audited every day. All bank account transfers require a maker-checker process and are also 2 factor authorized. All transfers are completely automated to minimize chances of human error.
Crypto Funds
We use state of the art Level 1 security which makes the crypto wallets on Mudrex one of the safest way to store your crypto funds. We maintain hot, warm and cold wallets with both digital and paper backup. Over wallets are multi-sig, HD wallets and we have made sure that the wallet keys are not co located and hence are safe even from natural disasters.
We are pretty close to the gold standard when it comes to security. It literally does not get better than this.
